Beautiful triple border landmark surrounded by nature

Hello fellow readers, I`m back with a brand new post that will provide info and few astonishing eye candy pictures.

Left: Argentina Right: Paraguay

Brazil (Foz do Iguaçu) has a triple border where it meets Argentina (Puerto Iguazú) and Paraguay (Puerto Franco).

The Brazilian obelisk on the triple border.

Each country has an obelisk to painted with the national flags colors, they have the vertex of three equal sides triangles, meaning:

  • Equality.
  • Respect.
  • High esteem. That prevails between all three of them.

Two rivers:

  • Iguassu river: between Brazil and Argentina.
  • Paraná river: between Brazil and Paraguay.

The triple border mark is where the confluence of the two rivers happens.

The Argentinian side, across the river.

The landmark was inaugurated on July 20th 1903.

There`s Paraguay

I only went to the Brazilian side (map here), it does`t have much infra-structure in case you need, it`s just worth for the view. The wood building you saw in the first picture was built for a conference and left alone after that, a shame.
