Last tuesday(sep 6th) was holiday´s eve and of course everyone was rushing home after work to enjoy the long weekend.
As I show below with a pic that I took my my iPhone, traffic was pretty bad in Curitiba, even knowing that traffic here is nowhere near bad as it is in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
This avenue is called “Victor Ferreira do Amaral” it´s 3 lanes wide(each direction) and connects downtown to other neighborhoods and nearby cities(Pinhais for example). As I show in red on the map below.
